Plyometrics is Back

(Due to many requests, Kyle and Craig will be offering plyometrics training again.

This is a great chance for you to get back in shape for your school tryouts.)

(Camp sizes are  limited.  It is on a firstcome first serve basis. Register now!)

Boys and Girls 5th -11th Grade

Time: Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30

Location:  Libertyville Sports Complex

Starting: September 10th / 11th (7 weeks)
